Diploma in Pharmacy (DPharma) is a two-year full-time diploma course offered under the Uttar Pradesh Board of Technical Education, Lucknow, at Lucknow Institute of Pharmacy. The course provides the minimum qualification to become a registered pharmacist in India. There is no specialization in D.Pharm., and the course only provides the basic concepts of pharmaceutical science. To be eligible for admission, a student must have passed 10+2 in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Biology (Zoology and Botany) from a recognized board or institute. The total duration of the course is two years, each year comprising two semesters. The college takes admission for 60 seats on a merit basis, and a score above 70% would be safe to get you admission.
