As I have knowledge that there is not any specific cut off marks for JEE advance, you can sit in JEE Advance, if you have a general rank under INR. 1 Lacs.

The exam pattern of JEE Advanced changes from year to year so it is not possible to tell the cutoff for JEE Advanced.

There is no specific cutoff for JEE Advanced. It depends on students performance. They set the cutoff according to how many students they want to pass depending upon number of seats available.
