Hello NN Kumar, JoSAA the agency tasked with co-ordinating admissions in NIT's has declared cutoffs percentile for different categories of students. For OBC-NCL it is placed at 74.3166. If your percentile is this or better then only you have a chance of getting admissions in NIT's etc. Best wishes.
