The word cut-off is used to indicate marks for different categories below which a student can not appear for JEE Advanced.
Cutoffs are not for any particular college.
However if you are meaning opening and closing rank then it's a different story. I am attaching a link giving data of previous year. This so since results of JEE Mains and cutoffs are announced simultaneously. Based on this predictor software of many websites will become active. You have to wait till then.
