The cut off marks for UGC NET 2024 exam are as follows.

Minimum qualifying score
General (Not retained) .
40% combined in both papers
OBC, SC, ST, PWD, and transgender
Aggregate marks of 35% in both the papers
To qualify in the UGC NET exam, candidates must clear Paper 1 and Paper 2. Top 6% candidates who clear the minimum marks will be eligible for the position of Assistant Professor.
To qualify for the UGC NET exam, candidates must have a Masters Degree in a relevant discipline with at least 55% marks
