What is the cut-off of CAT for IIMs? I've scored 67% in 10th and 74% marks in 12th. Can I get admission in top B-Schools?

With your scores, you need to perform exceedingly well in CAT. You need to score 99+ percentile over all and 95+ percentile in the sections individually.
