Dear candidate, As per DTE Government of Maharashtra Open Category cut off for Last round DSE (Direct Second Year Engineering 2017-18) is a follows -
Computer - Collateral entry (71.94%), for Separate Division (62.75%)
Civil - Collateral entry (72.12%)
IT - Collateral entry (65.29%)
E&TC - Collate

Hello Akshay,
I am giving you the candidate's percentage which are open and rank of the candidates which got allotted the respective seat. On the basis of this data, you can predict the cut-off.
1st Round - 17561 rank and percentage 76.67%
2nd Round - same as above
3rd Round - 29960 Rank and perce
