The cut-off for general category candidates varies with programs and year at IIIT Delhi. Cut-offs for CSE are very high, typically above 98 percentile, whereas it is between 95-97 percentile for some of the other streams such as ECE.
Therefore, ensure admission by fetching a JEE Main score that is well above 200-220. Higher the scores better will be your prospects for the desired streams.

As you asked about the cut off of IIIT Delhi in general category so it differs with branches but if I talk about maximum cutoff you need is around 12K rank in JEE main if you are in DELHI region but if you are from outside Delhi region then you need to get rank under 3K.
