In 2025, NIELIT Aurangabad offered M.Tech specialisations for the candidates belonging to various All India and Home State quotas. Considering the NIELIT Aurangabad GATE CCMT cutoff 2025, the closing score stood between 377 and 479 for the General AI category candidates.
