You need to have an overall atleast 75%in each of the subjects.
Generally, candidates should having a percentile between 85 to 95 for getting NIT seats. Here, we have given the previous year cutoff and percentile trends for NIT Admission for your reference. Students who score above the 95 percentil

Hello,
Yes, you need to have an overall percentage of at least 75% and in PCM subjects you need to have aggregate marks of 75% (at least 75% in each of the subjects).
This is the minimum eligibility criteria to get any NIT or IIT.
