  • You need to have an overall atleast  75%in each of the subjects. 

    Generally, candidates should having a percentile between 85 to 95 for getting NIT seats. Here, we have given the previous year cutoff and percentile trends for NIT Admission for your reference. Students who score above the 95 percentile in the JEE Main exam or secure a rank below 60,000 may be eligible for admission to NIT'. However, competition is much tougher to secure a seat in top NITs, where students are required to rank under 25,000.

    With the rank of 70,000 candidates can expect to get admission in a few of the popular NITs, IIITs and GFTIs through the JoSA

  • Hello,
    Yes, you need to have an overall percentage of at least 75% and in PCM subjects you need to have aggregate marks of 75% (at least 75% in each of the subjects).
    This is the minimum eligibility criteria to get any NIT or IIT.
