Every year cut off changes, I suggest try to score higher marks and rank to be on a safe side. For having a rough idea what could be the cut off for this year you could check last year cut off for more information. No, General Knowledge questions won't be asked in the exam but general aptitude might come in the exam and you must have proper practice for that and if you have solved even some of the logical reasoning questions then I am pretty sure that you would nail it. Best of luck.
