What is the cut off percentile in CAT for someone looking at Government Colleges

And the best way to judge the credential is to: *Make a list of the colleges for which you meet the requirements. *Select the ones which meet your set criterion like funds. *Select the best which fits in the kitty of above mentioned parameters.
