What is the cut-off required to get admission in B.AArch if the candidate is out of Maharashtra?

Candidates seeking admission to the five year BArch course must apply for the same through NATA. Candidates who clear the cutoff are given an offer for admission. The final shortlist of selected candidates is set to release on 7 Jul 2025. Candidates who have appeared for NATA will be considered for the final shortlist. 
Candidates must pay the required fee to secure their seat once they have received the final admission offer.

The application fee to apply for courses at BSSA NMIMS is INR 2,000.
