    Hi Gunwant, the cutoffs for the year 2014 are as below -
    General Open Home University - 99.85,
    General OBC Home University - 98.46,
    General Open Other than Home University - 99.85,
    General SC Home University - 97.33.

    The cutoff is 99 percentile each year

    For CET, the cutoff is around 99.92 percentile whereas for CMAT or MAT it is 99.99 percentile.
