AIIMS Deoghar cutoff 2024 for the BSc specialisation was based on AIIMS Paramedical scores. The cutoff was released for different categories belonging to the All India quota. The last round closing ranks for the General AI category candidates varied between 656 and 1186. For the OBC AI category candidates were 915 and 1404.
