Mumbai University offers a five-year integrated BBA LLB (Hons) programme at its affiliated law colleges. Admission to the course is based on the candidate's performance in the MHCET Law examination, conducted by the Directorate of Higher Education, Maharashtra.

The MHCET Law examination consists of two papers, i.e., Legal Aptitude and General Knowledge and Current Affairs, each carrying 50 marks. The duration of the exam is 2 hours, and there is no negative marking for wrong answers. The final admission is based on the merit list prepared by the university, which takes into account the candidate's marks in the MHCET Law examination
