    Hello Vidhath,
RVCE is the top-most private engineering college in Bangalore and as CSE is a highly preferable branch there, you need to score more than 150/180 marks in ComedK to get CSE branch and as far as the tuition fee is concerned, it's around 2 lakhs per annum.
    All the best.

RV College of engineering focuses on each and every student of every branch and thats the reason they have limited number of seats in each branches. Bangalore is the IT capital so most of the students prefer computer science as the 1st priority, but seeing There teaching methodology you can take any branch as per your interest and you will be in safe hands.

Cutoff for CSE through COMEDK is around 600-700 rank, if you go through second round off counselling too.
Score under 2000 rank and you will definitely get RVCE.
It is around 170000/- per annum excluding hostel fee.

    HEY!
First of all, it depends on what branch you want.I am assuming you are aspiring for top branches (Just because the cutoff are high) like CS,EC or IS. In that case , you need a really good rank ( approx below 700-800) to be safe. You can check comedk site for last year cutoff.
Translating the rank to marks can be difficult as it depends on the difficulty of paper set and the relative response of other candidates line you.For example, during my year , the paper was difficult and lengthy I scored 117 marks with a rank of 900. It varies and fluctuates a lot. Just prepare your best.

I can see that 373 was the last rank at which CSE was filled in 2017. If you don't have that much rank you can go through management quota and for management quota fees is 7.5 lakhs per year.
