If you want to pursue a course such as bcom from one of the best colleges ( say SRCC , Hansraj , Hindu ). For general category, minimum of 98% is required to get easy entry in these colleges. However, you can get many other good colleges also and for the same, 85% will be required as a standard requirement.

Cutoff is 85 percentile for this course.
If you have this much then you will easily get this college.
