This is a private university formed by the Gujrat Govt. I feel that for admission into engineering courses conducted by such institutions, condition of GUJCET passing perhaps does not exist. Yes, there is reservation in the GUJCET according to which 27% reservation is there for candidates belonging to Socially and Educationally Backward Classes (SEBC). There are also provisions for widows, orphans, and students belonging to the Economically Backward Class (EWS). However, students will have to check the detailed notification for the same.
