IIIT Pune cutoff 2025 has been released on the grounds of GATE CCMT exam scores. IIIT Pune has released a fresh round of counsellling for the candidate seeking admission to M.Tech courses with the release of the final cutoff list for admission to the M.Tech course. During the Round 1 seat allotment results, the most competitive M.Tech specialisation was M.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering (Artificial Intelligence) with a cutoff score of 618 for the general AI category students in 2025.
