The best institutes for MBA in HR are XLRI. The cut off is 90 percentile in XAT. IIMs cutoff is above 95 percentile. TISS has its own exam TISSNET and SCMHRD score of around 70 in SNAP.

It varies from college to college, but the top B-schools keep their cutoffs somewhere around 95 percentile.

The cut off evolves from college to college. Some colleges have higher cut offs and some may have lower. But, if you belong to general category, then minimum of 89 to 95 percentile is required that you receive a call from top colleges. You must also nail the WAT/ GD/ PI. Best of luck.

The cutoff depends on the colleges and the exam scores they accept. HR has a lower cutoff compared to other streams like international business, marketing and finance.
