Candidates have to meet both the eligibility and entrance exam requirements to get admission in MBBS programme. Aspirants need to appear for NEET and get a good rank to secure a seat in the institute. Candidates who pass Class 12 with a minimum of 60% aggregate in PCB stream along with Englisha are eligible to apply for NEET. AIIMS Delhi being the top Medical college of India has a competitive admission process. The cutoff for AIIMS Delhi MBBS programme was 48 in 2025 and 47 in 2024. The cutoffs are highly competitive considering the large number of applicants appearing for the exam and availability of limited seats.

First, candidates must meet BSc eligibility criteria and complete online registration through the official wesbite. Appear for the AIIMS BSc entrance test. Once seats are allotted, pay the first installment of the AIIMS Delhi BSc total fees to confirm the seat. After all the rounds of counselling are held, the institute verifies the documents of all the candidates who have been allocated a seat. Such candidates must carry all the important documents to the campus for verification purposes.

The tuition fee for the BSc programme falls between INR 1,000 to 2,400. The exact amount will vary depending on the specialisation. The tuition fee is just a part of the total fees, which also include other components. The tuition fee is usually paid at the beginning of each academic cycle. The total installment of the tuition fee also depends on the duration of the course.
