The cutoff marks for admission to SR Group of Institutions are calculated on the basis of scores obtained in JEE Main and UPTAC counseling. For the academic year 2023, the closing ranks of different B.Tech programs were vastly different. For instance, Computer Science and Engineering had closing rank around 815846 whereas the other branches like Electronics and Communication Engineering had closing rank around 1279867. This rank gives the minimum marks required to get admitted and this itself speaks of how tough the process is. Often candidates need to inquire at UPTAC for getting information about the latest cutoffs available.
