There's a huge number of subjects and their cut off marks are also different so you need to be specific about the subject and then you can ask for a specific subject cut off.
In general, with a score of 140 in Category 1, it seems a bit difficult to get admission.
As according to the previous year cut off, very few subjects were the official which category 1 cut off was near by 140.
