Dear Harsha, It is typical to mention that cut-off of BITS, Hyderabad but still looking at the rise in the cutoffs from previous years, we can assume that this year's cut-off might be anywhere between 335-340. But yes, no one can be sure of the cut-offs, so aim for 350 to be on the safer side.
