    Hey Rohit, the cut off rank varies greatly with the details like: Branch preferred, Your category(OBC,SC,ST) etc.
    Get back to me with these details and promise to get back to you very soon. But to give you a rough idea:
    Cut offs for general category are:
    CS-1000
    EC,IT,Software-2500
    Mech,EE,EEE-3500

    Admission to DTU is based upon your JEE mains marks and JEE rank, if you are from general category. And, since you are from up, it means you are from outside Delhi, so if you want to get admission in good branch in DTU. Then, you should score above 200 to be on the safe side then you have to apply for JAC Delhi counselling and if allotted any college then you will be joining B-Tech programme at DTU. All the best.
