Hi, sorry. The cutoff is usually 99.9x percentile -
Last year cutoff for CMAT/CAT/ATMA/MAT/GMAT/CET for All India Seats(as you are outside Maharashtra candidate, you will be consider for All India Seats) was 99.9X percentile. Hence, your chance seems bleak. I suggest you also apply and appear for MAH-CET 2016 entrance test. Deadline for CET forms is 23rd Feb. Best of Luck for future endeavors!
