What is the cuttoff for B.Arch in vit? What are my chance of Getting into vit for B.Arch?

I have scored 80% in boards and 104 in NATA.

There are only 40 seats available in VIT for B.Arch. There are quite less chances for you to get admission as many students who have high NATA score will be selected. Cutoff differs every year depending upon the number of students apply.
