Indraprastha University located in Delhi has almost decided to do away with conducting entrance exam itself and in its place has decided to place emphasis on national level exams conducted by different centralized bodies for admission. For example for admission to engineering colleges, its admission process will be based on the score of JEE Mains examination. Candidate must have passed Class 12 or equivalent with a minimum of 55% aggregate in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. University will not conduct a separate IPU CET for admission to BTech course. The admission to BTech course is based on JEE Main marks. Candidates who want to join Engineering must have a valid JEE Main score.
