The online Bihar Polytechnic application form is out and the form will be available till May 11.</p><p>The Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board conducts the Diploma Certificate Entrance Competitive Examination (DCECE). DCECE is conducted for admission in Polytechnic (Engg - PE) / Para Medical (Matric Level - PMM) / Para Medical (Intermediate level - PM). The exam is held in offline mode at the state level.</p>
