What is the deadline to get admission in Canadian universities for fall 2017 for MS in mechanical engineering?

Most of the deadlines for this year have already passed. However, there are few universities which have rolling admissions where the colleges continue to accept applications as long as there are seats available. If not Fall 2017, you can try for Spring 2018 admissions.

Hi Bharath, Fall 2017 is mainly September 2017 for which deadlines have closed. The process starts a year ahead. Very few universities and colleges will have deadlines till June. You must also keep some buffer time for the visa process. You can prepare for January 2018 intake.
