what is the description of the phtograph required in aieee 2012? do i need my name, date etc on the phtograph??

As per the notification name and date on which photograph is taken clearly mention on the photograph. in the notification Firmly affix two recent high contrast passport size preferably black & white photograph (taken on or after 1.10.2011) with gum/fevicol (not to be pinned or stapled) in the spac
