As general trends show, to get admission in M.Tech at NIT Narula the expected cutoff is around 85 percentile score of GATE, any score which is around 85 percentile in GATE generally will secure you a seat in NIT Narula, but it will depend upon the specialisation as different specializations require different scores.

Generally, a GATE score of 300 (For a example) is considered low for popular courses like Computer Science and Electronics . However, you may still have a chance of admission if the competition is low, and you have a good academic record and relevant work experience.

Narula Institute of Technology does provide an option for direct admission to this programmes offered by the institute.

However, the final admission depends on several factors such as the availability of seats, the number of candidates who have applied, and the cutoff for the institute you are interested in.
