    Dear Sir, A lawyer is someone who is a graduate in law. A person who has been to law school and has an LL.B. Degree. A lawyer cannot practice in courts. An Advocate is someone who is enrolled in any of the State Bar Councils in India. Once a lawyer exists on the roll of the State Bar Council and Bar Council of India, he/she will become an Advocate. This enrollment is a license to practice/appear in courts. A Judge, on the other hand, is someone who adjudicates upon the dispute between two parties and is appointed by various modes such as by clearing judiciary exams, direct elevation from practicing lawyers, etc. If you want to kick sta
