Every engineering branch which you have mentioned is nothing but a specialisation except software engineering. Let me explain it shortly.
Computer Engineer deals with everything like programming or developing software, computer engineering graduates do have knowledge about hardware as well. To say

There is no difference between these 3 branches.
Their names are just different in different colleges and they are same with respect to syllabus, projects, labs and all.
