What is the difference amongst integrated MA English and MA English and comparative literature?

I want to pursue MA English from Central University of Kishangarh, Rajasthan.

MA in English, Literature, Linguistics. These are all quite confusing, MA in English and MA Literature are all about mixed subjects like English Grammar, World and Indian Literature from 15th to modern century. Linguistics deals with the Grammar part and depths of any language.
