Both Are Good branches .There is no Much Difference Between them. Computer Science Includes Hardware Part Also Where as IT includes Totally Software.

Computer Science is the backbone of Information Technology. It holds the programming part of the Information Technology. We can not differentiate them. They are inseparable. I do not suppose to say which one is a better. It depends on your interest.
