what is the difference b/w electronics and communication AND electronics and TELEcommunication.

i have qualified for aieee counselling and wants electronics with communication but in stream selection there are 2 options :- 1. electonics and communication 2. electronics and telecomminication are these two same or different ????

They are essentially same but there is Electronics and Instrumentation , Electrical and Electronics . All of these branches are equivalent with some courses of these more towards the variation be its Communication or Instrumentataion
