What is the difference between 1 year PGDM and 2 year PGDM?

One year PGDM are never equivalent to a post-graduate degree, hence not equivalent to MBA and a 2 years PGDM if has got equivalence status from AIU is equivalent to MBA and make one eligible for teaching jobs and higher education in India and abroad.
