What is the difference between 2-year and 3-year MCA course? Which is a better option to pursue after completing BCA?

After doing BCA, you can directly go in 2nd year of MCA through lateral entry i.e; MCA 2 year normal graduate people other than BCA, have to go for 3 years MCA.
