What is the difference between 2-year and 3-year Polytechnic Diploma course?

I consider that there's no difference between them. It depends on your qualification. If you apply for this after 12, you get 2 year polytechnic diploma. If you apply for this after 10th, you get 3 years of polytechnic diploma.
