What is the difference between 2-year MBA and 1-year PGPITBM offered by SCIT? Which among the two is better in terms of placement?

MBA is a full time post graduate program whereas PGPITBM is a 1 year Diploma and meant for those who want to learn management aspect. There is hardly 7 students who had taken admission in the PGPITBM and not recommended too if you are already not employed and not sponsored by your company.
