What is the difference between 21 month's a 21-month PGDM vs 2yr and a 2-year PGDM? Can we say both to MBA? An MBA?

Hi! Yes, a PGDM is considered equal to an MBA in India. Just that, MBA is given by a recognised university while a PGDM is given by an institute affiliated to the AICTE.
