What is the difference between 3-year Diploma and 4-year Bachelors degree in designing?

Mostly in Diploma, you can get basic and practical knowledge, and it is also for class 10th holder, and you will get very less chances of jobs, but with Bachelor's degree, you will get theoretical knowledge as well as practical knowledge, and it is a Bachelor's degree, then you can apply government
