A chef is someone who cook food, manage kitchen people, and make sure food taste good. Their job is more about skill and doing work right.

But a culinary artist do more than just cooking. They make new recipe, try diff flavor, and make food look very pretty. All culinary artist are chef, but not all chef are doing the art part.
