A sound mixer is RJ or DJ, they just mixes two or more sounds and fuses them seamlessly and suitable for presentation. A sound engineer can record, manipulate entirely and even create new sounds of needed. He can adjust the dynamics and quality and of course, he mixes too, he/she provides the mixing
