What is the difference between admission through management quota and general admission process?

I want to know about other factors apart from monetary factor. I want to take admission in M.S.Ramaiah for pharmacy course.

    Under the Management quota system, a certain number of seats in private colleges are kept aside which are not filled merit wise. Instead it's like a buy and sell thing,where you directly pay a certain amount of money and get admission. It's an open secret,that management quota is a corrupt arrangement and the seats are given to the highest bidder. Before The arrival of neet in many colleges it was the only way of taking admission,and all the entrance tests were just for show. After neet was implemented this year,it has surely decreased a bit and many private colleges are taking admissions in fair manner. But still its happening quite o

    In general, admission is done through the official counselling, but in the management quota, it is up to you only in which college you want to take admission, and in which branch in this quota. They didn't see your score. They offer you a seat you want, and for that they charge extra money from you.
