What is the difference between admission to M.Sc. Bio-tech through JNU entrance and other colleges recognised by Universities?

Finally the student will get the certificate of the concern University only. If he takes admission directly to the college what difference it makes?

THERE IS NOT SO MUCH DIFFERENCE , IF YOUR DEGREE IS APPROVED BY aicte THEN IT HAVE MORE VALUE
