What is the difference between aerospace and aeronautical engineering?

Hello! The two types of aerospace engineers include aeronautical engineers (They work with aircraft that stay within the earth's atmosphere such as airplanes and helicopters. ). And astronautical engineers (They work with aircraft that operate outside of the earth's atmosphere such as rockets, satellites, and other and spacecraft. ). A degree in aerospace engineering should cover them both. My brother has done Aerospace engineering from LPU. Fee per semester is 98,000 INR without scholarship. Aerospace is a specialised branch of engineering which deals with the design and development of aircraft's as well as space crafts The course curriculum covers aspects of two branches of engineering - Aeronautical and Astronautical engineering. Hello Vaibhav, Yes there is. Aerospace engineering deals with the flying objects above the sky level such as rockets, satellites, etc. While aeronautical engineering deals with the flying objects with the earth's atmosphere.
