Both Aerospace and Aeronautical Engineering are almost similar branches with upto 80-90% overlap. Aerospace engineering is field of engineering with designing and building aircraft and spacecraft. Syllabus of aerospace engineering include courses on both aircraft and spacecraft systems. Whereas Syllabus of aeronautical engineering would focus solely on those vehicles that fly within the Earth's atmosphere such as aircraft, Helicopter, drone etc. Both degree courses usually require students to take some similar courses, like dynamics, propulsion and fluid mechanics etc. There is only difference of few electives between both the courses.

Aerospace engineering basically has two subsections. One is Aeronautical Engineering while the other is astronautical engineering. Aeronautical deals with Aircrafts where Astronautical deals with spacecraft. If you go for Aerospace engineering, you're likely to cover modules of both aircrafts and spacecrafts.
